Car policy configuration in Headlight
To configure car policies, access the Car Budgets menu from the Policy Menu.
A lease service package defines what is included in the lease price.
Click to open the package overview.
Click “+” in the top-right corner to create a new lease service package.
Start by giving the package a clear name.
Next, configure the services included in the lease price from your leasing suppliers.
If insurance is unbundled with your insurance supplier, deselect it from the lease service package.
If you want leasing suppliers to provide a matrix when submitting lease quotes, enable this setting.
This ensures a pricing matrix is required when processing quotes.
If energy cards are also unbundled (e.g., provided by a different supplier), deselect them as well — they should not be included in the lease price.
✅ Click Save to store your lease service package settings.
There you go!
The package will initially be inactive, since no active car policy is yet linked to it.
