This tutorial explains how to locate drivers, vehicles, and other resources within Headlight.
1. Via the Search Bar
At the top of the Home Page, you’ll find a search bar that allows quick access to active Drivers and Vehicles.
For example, to find your colleague Cody Crane, type their name in the search bar to open their employee details.
Here you can review all employee-related information, such as assigned vehicles, history, and other details.
We’ll explore more about employee details in the next video!
2. Via the Resource Search
For more advanced search capabilities, use the Resources Overview.
If you’re searching for a specific employee, open the People overview.
At the top of each resource table, you’ll find search and filter options.
Filters are useful for refining results — for example, include dehired employees in your search if you need to access historical data (since they’re not shown by default).
