Closing an ongoing workflow and its associated tasks is a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Workflows<\/strong>: Start by going to the ‘Workflows’ section in your system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Access Workflow Operation<\/strong>: Within the Workflows section, find and select ‘Workflow Operation’, and then choose “Ongoing workflows”. This will display all the workflows that are currently active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Locate the Desired Workflow<\/strong>: Look through the list of ongoing workflows to find the one you wish to close. The list is at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
