top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; color-scheme: light;\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><!--ARCADE EMBED END--><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Select a Workflow to Review<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>In the <strong>Workflow Configuration<\/strong> screen, inactive workflows appear in <strong>orange<\/strong> with the label <em>Inactive<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>See <a href=\"https:\/\/app.arcade.software\/share\/shxbyrMxaMjbOFIbwPSi\">Workflow Basics 101<\/a> to learn how to access this screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Select an inactive Workflow to start editing it.<br>Tip: This example uses a Workflow added from templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Workflow is set to <em>Inactive<\/em> so you can safely configure it without affecting your live data or sending messages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Workflows Start as Inactive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Newly created Workflows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workflows added from templates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workflows created by the Headlight team during onboarding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Headlight assigns clients to review and activate these Workflows after setup to ensure all content is correct.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reviewing a Workflow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before activating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Review the Workflow flow in the <strong>left panel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click each step to open details in the <strong>right panel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check <strong>Type<\/strong>, <strong>Assignee<\/strong>, and message content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit or refine internal and external messages if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Tip: Run your Workflow in <a href=\"https:\/\/app.arcade.software\/share\/aVCrq9I8hctBLmSv6ic1\">Test Mode<\/a> to preview user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Once reviewed, scroll to the top of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activating a Workflow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>At the top of the screen, click the <strong>orange &#8220;Inactive&#8221;
