class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose a Workflow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Create or select a Workflow with <strong>Form<\/strong>, <strong>Notify<\/strong>, or <strong>Approval<\/strong> steps to add multilingual versions of your text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open the workflow you want to configure by clicking its title in the list.<br><em>Tip: we\u2019re using the \u201cNew Order Approval Workflow\u201d added from templates.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Select a Form, Notify or Approval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to the step in the Workflow that you want to edit.<br>Review the Action types that support translations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Find a Workflow Action step with <strong>Form<\/strong>, <strong>Notify<\/strong>, or <strong>Approval<\/strong> as Action type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the rectangle to view its details in the right panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Type<\/strong> section and drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><em>We can add multilingual translations for the three Action Types that include internal or external communications.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Request approval\/signature<\/strong> \u2014 internal approval communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notify<\/strong> \u2014 internal messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Request info (form)<\/strong> \u2014 internal or external information requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tip: review <a href=\"https:\/\/app.arcade.software\/share\/shxbyrMxaMjbOFIbwPSi\">earlier training videos<\/a> for more details about these Action types.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Translating a Message Title<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Details<\/strong> section, you can translate the title or body of the text.<br>Start by translating the <strong>title<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open the <strong>Details<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>language icon<\/strong> to open the multilingual editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dialog shows the <strong>DEFAULT language<\/strong> (the language used when creating the step).<br><em>Your default language doesn\u2019t have to be English.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><strong>DEFAULT Language:<\/strong><br>If a user logs in with a language that isn\u2019t a Headlight language for the country, the DEFAULT version is shown.<br>Example: An Italian colleague in a French office will see the default text (e.g., English).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>+ ADD LANGUAGE<\/strong> to create a new translation tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a language (e.g., <em>French<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Generate Translation<\/strong> to automatically translate the step text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and adjust the translation as needed.<br><em>The translation will respect parameters such as {{curly brackets}}.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat for additional languages (e.g., <em>Dutch<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also generate an <strong>English translation<\/strong> to revise or replace the default text, useful for grammar or consistency checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Replacing the Default Language<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Switch to a translation tab (e.g., <em>FR<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Replace icon<\/strong> to overwrite the default version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>DEFAULT<\/strong> tab now shows the new text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch back and repeat if needed.<br><em>Useful when teams collaborate in multiple languages.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Text<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The same translation tools apply to the message <strong>body<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click the message text and verify the content before translating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>multilingual editor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dialog will show your text for translation.<br>Parameters and conditional text remain functional after translation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add translations as before:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>+ ADD LANGUAGE<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose a language (e.g., <em>French<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Generate Translation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review, adjust, and repeat for additional languages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Translating into the same language acts as a grammar\/spelling check and allows changing the default language.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Replacing Default Text with a Translation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open the translation tab (e.g., <em>FR<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Replace<\/strong> to make it the new default text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong> to confirm and <strong>Save your Workflow<\/strong> (CTRL+S or CMD+S).<br><em>Tip: Refresh your browser if the translated default text doesn\u2019t display immediately.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Translating the Contact Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Translations are also available for the <strong>Contact Form<\/strong> used by the Assignee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>Contact form icon<\/strong> to open the icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add and review translations for each item, then click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When done, click <strong>OK<\/strong> at the bottom of the Contact Form
