We now have an extra booking for our pool cars.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing Pool Car Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add or remove vehicles from the pool car list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <strong>pool car details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a driver (e.g., Sandrine) is assigned permanently, remove the vehicle from the pool list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform the <strong>driver switch<\/strong> by completing the vehicle assignment form, then click <strong>Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toggle the <strong>pool car status<\/strong> to remove it from the list of available pool cars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can specify a <strong>future or past date<\/strong> for the status change, if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Confirm<\/strong> again to save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>All set!<\/strong><br>You\u2019ve reviewed bookings, created a new reservation, and updated the pool car list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>In the next video, you\u2019ll see how to continue managing your fleet.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Data Management with Headlight We can find pool cars in the \u201cPool\u201d menu of the Fleet Overview.
