Uploading Documents via Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to <strong>Resources \u2192 Documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this overview, you can find all company documents.<br>To upload a new one, click the <strong>\u201c+\u201d button<\/strong> in the top-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\ud83e\udde0 For <strong>Headlight.Flow<\/strong> customers, employee or vehicle-specific documents are typically uploaded automatically through workflows.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>After uploading (via drag &amp; drop or your file explorer), you can add <strong>metadata<\/strong> \u2014 for example, select the <strong>document type<\/strong> (e.g., <em>Expertise File<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that by default, <strong>document visibility<\/strong> is set to &#8220;Company Admin&#8221;. This means that these documents are not available for employees. Documents will only be visible to employees, if following conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>the document has visibility &#8220;Employee&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the document is linked to the employee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to make certain documents available to all employees, you can view our article on how to <a href=\"https:\/\/app.arcade.software\/share\/kBdtfKsQv23r9PBbPcRc\">add a document as a &#8220;Company Document&#8221;<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, you can <strong>link the document<\/strong> to an employee or vehicle.<br>Search by <strong>driver name<\/strong> or <strong>license plate<\/strong> to find the correct record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Upload<\/strong> to finalize.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The file will appear both in the <strong>Document overview<\/strong> and the <strong>linked vehicle\u2019s documents<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
