Instead of searching and having to read the full Knowledge Base yourself, you can have the AI assistant Lucy search the Knowledge Base and FAQ for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>You have access to a help section straight from the Home Page, in the blue box &#8216;Need help?&#8217; (top right) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Let&#8217;s explore the AI Assistant Lucy.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure you are logged into Headlight, to quickly access the chat with Lucy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Home Page<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select &#8220;<strong>Lucy<\/strong>&#8221; in the help section (blue box top right) to get started.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can find Lucy in the Conversations section.
