So your view can be different from your colleague&#8217;s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing Document Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each document in the list includes key information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>title<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A short <strong>description<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An attached <strong>file<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve seen a document you are interested in, explore it in more detail: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>document icon<\/strong> to view more details about a document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 Hover over the attachment name to preview the file directly in Headlight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preview the document to confirm it\u2019s the correct one before downloading<br><em>(for example, a standard accident report).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Previewing and Downloading Documents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Use the <strong>arrow controls<\/strong> to navigate through the pages of the document preview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue browsing the preview to review the document content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\ude80 Once confirmed, click the <strong>PDF file link<\/strong> to download the document to your device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 You\u2019ve now learned how to find, preview, and download Company Documents linked to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A future tutorial will explain how to contact your suppliers and Fleet Manager.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udcd6 Learn how to locate, preview, and download company-specific documents in Headlight.
