Let\u2019s explore how to find your suppliers through <strong>My contacts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Home Page<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select &#8220;<strong>My Contacts<\/strong>&#8221; in the help section (blue box top right) to get started.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <em>Contacts section<\/em>, explore the available supplier contact cards relevant for your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Click on any contact card<\/strong> to see the contact person, email address, or phone number. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>The Contacts section will show the relevant suppliers for your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>You will only see the car dealers for your brand of car, for example.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact Suppliers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Easily find the contact details for your suppliers in Headlight.<br>If you&#8217;re using the mobile app, you can even call the number directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Just find the supplier you need from the list, read the contact card for the supplier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the contact person&#8217;s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the email link to get started with an email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or, use the phone number and make a call<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exploring Your Contacts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Look through the examples in your <strong>Contacts<\/strong> list, such as a tire centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each contact card shows the <strong>business name<\/strong>, <strong>contact person<\/strong>, and <strong>contact details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View additional examples, like your leasing company.<br>\ud83e\udde0 If a contact is specific to your car, the <strong>license plate<\/strong> appears at the top right of the card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select any contact card to view more information or start communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Tip: The suppliers shown in <strong>My contacts<\/strong> are managed by your Fleet Manager or company administrator.<br>Reach out to them if updates or corrections are needed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding Phone Numbers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>When a supplier phone number is available, it is shown on the contact card.<br>You can now call the supplier directly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcf1 On the mobile app, select the phone number to place the call immediately.<br><em>(A separate tutorial will show how calling works in the app.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 You&#8217;ve now learned how to locate your suppliers via <strong>My contacts<\/strong>, and contact them using email or phone.<br>Headlight only displays the dealer, leaser, or tire centre relevant to your assigned vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The next tutorial will show how to contact your Fleet Manager.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udcde Learn how to quickly locate and use car dealer or leasing supplier contact details directly from your Home Page.
