Further in the training, we&#8217;ll show you more options for the Vehicle Details page. <em>Right now we&#8217;ll explain the second method to access Cars &amp; Assets via the link on the left menu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cars &amp; Assets Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Cars &amp; Assets<\/strong> module provides a complete overview of all mobility assets linked to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udcc2 Open <strong>Cars &amp; Assets<\/strong> from the <strong>My Mobility<\/strong> section in the left navigation: \n<ul>\n<li>From the Home Page, or from any page in Headlight, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click &#8216;Cars &amp; Assets&#8217; in the main menu &#8216;My Mobility&#8217; section in the left panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Cars &amp; Assets section has an easy overview for employees. Via the modules drivers have an insight into all cars &amp; assets related to their company car and mobility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udde0 Module names are designed to be clear and intuitive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&#8217;ll go over the modules one by one. We&#8217;ll start with <em>My Vehicles<\/em> but you can skip ahead to another part of the training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Select the modules in the Headlight <em>Cars &amp; Assets<\/em> page one by one, and follow along with the training. Refer back to the instructions in this section on <strong>how to navigate<\/strong> from the <em>Home Page<\/em> to the<em> Cars &amp; Assets Overview<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View Your Cars &amp; Related Documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>My Vehicles<\/strong> section displays detailed information about each vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Select <strong>My Vehicles<\/strong> to open your vehicle list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View details such as <strong>make<\/strong>, <strong>model<\/strong>, <strong>contract start<\/strong>, and <strong>end date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See whether vehicles are <strong>ordered<\/strong>, <strong>active<\/strong>, or <strong>exited<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click a vehicle to open its <strong>Vehicle Page<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vehicle Page<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Headlight will take you to the Vehicle Page, with all the relevant information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You can access <strong>multiple Tabs<\/strong> in the Vehicle Page, for example the tab <em>Personal contribution<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Personal Contribution<\/strong> tab, you will find a base calculation of Benefit in Kind for taxation, and any personal contribution according to your company&#8217;s policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try out any of the other tabs with info on your car, like \u2018<strong>Mileage<\/strong>&#8216;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the <em>Last Reported Mileage<\/em> in the <strong>Mileage Summary<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Note: Headlight&#8217;s access to your mileage data depends on energy card and\/or leaser integrations and frequency of updates.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Proceed to the <em>Documents<\/em> tab to view and manage vehicle-related documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vehicle Documents<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the Vehicle Page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udcc4 Open the <strong>Documents<\/strong> tab to view all documents that have been linked to your car and your driver account in Headlight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents may include lease contracts, insurance files, or other supplier documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click a document to preview it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2b07\ufe0f Download the file once you\u2019ve confirmed it\u2019s the correct document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Energy Cards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Energy cards linked to your vehicle or your account are visible in Headlight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u26a1 Open <strong>My Energy Cards<\/strong> from the Cars &amp; Assets overview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review details such as the <strong>card provider<\/strong>, <strong>status<\/strong>, and <strong>linked vehicle<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">See Your Charging Assets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Charging assets are shown when applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udd0c Open <strong>Charging Assets<\/strong> to view chargers linked to your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Charging Assets page, you&#8217;ll be able to view a list of related assets. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can review the charging asset <em>value, supplier, number <\/em>and<em> type<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Select a specific charging asset<\/em> to see its details. <em>(click on the row in the table)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Headlight will show you a page specific to your Charging Asset with details on <em>supplier, address <\/em>and Connectivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Review &amp; Download My Documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All personal and vehicle-related documents are grouped in <strong>My Documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udcc1 Open <strong>My Documents<\/strong> from the Cars &amp; Assets module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the &#8216;My Documents&#8217; page, you&#8217;ll find an <em>overview<\/em> of any files previously linked to one of your assets (vehicle, card) and your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>overview table<\/strong> you can review the <em>document name <\/em>and<em> upload date<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preview files:\n<ul>\n<li><em>Click the icon in the &#8216;action&#8217;
