{"id":1906,"date":"2025-12-17T11:09:20","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T10:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.help.headlight.tech\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=1906"},"modified":"2025-12-20T18:09:34","modified_gmt":"2025-12-20T17:09:34","slug":"headlight-my-tasks","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.help.headlight.tech\/?ht_kb=headlight-my-tasks&lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"Headlight &#8211; My Tasks"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u2705 Learn how to find, review, and complete open tasks assigned to you in the Headlight app through Workflows.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p><!--ARCADE EMBED START--><\/p>\n<div style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: calc(52.3957% + 41px); height: 0px; width: 100%;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/demo.arcade.software\/qdK2uVRCcOuHFY2o1nn5?embed&amp;embed_mobile=tab&amp;embed_desktop=inline&amp;show_copy_link=true\" title=\"Getting Access to Headlight\" frameborder=\"0\" loading=\"lazy\" webkitallowfullscreen=\"\" mozallowfullscreen=\"\" allowfullscreen=\"\" allow=\"clipboard-write\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; color-scheme: light;\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><!--ARCADE EMBED END--><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access My Tasks from the Home Page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can access your tasks directly from the <strong>Home Page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83c\udfe0 Start by opening the <strong>Home Page<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udccb The <strong>My Tasks<\/strong> overview appears in the top-left area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As soon as a task requires your action, it will appear in the table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>View my tasks<\/strong> to open the full <strong>My Tasks<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Tasks Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>My Tasks<\/strong> page shows all tasks linked to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udd04 Switch between <strong>Open tasks<\/strong> and <strong>All tasks<\/strong> to view completed items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcc5 Use <strong>Order by date<\/strong> to sort tasks from newest to oldest or vice versa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose a Task from the list to go to it&#8217;s dedicated page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access My Tasks via Notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tasks can also be accessed through <strong>Notifications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udd14 Click the <strong>Notifications icon<\/strong> in the top-right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pop-up displays all unread notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tasks with notifications appear in this list and can be opened directly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 You can mark notifications as read.<br>\ud83e\udde0 Once marked as read, they no longer appear in the notification pop-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access My Tasks via the Workflows menu link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access My Tasks via Workflows link in the Main Menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the Home Page and Notifications, there is another way to access your tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udcc2 Go to the <strong>main menu<\/strong> on the left side of the screen (<em>any page in Headlight<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The menu is divided into three sections: \n<ul>\n<li><strong>Home<\/strong>, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>My Mobility<\/strong>, and <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Company<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udde0 To access workflows, focus on the <strong>Company<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Open the Workflows Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>The <strong>Workflows<\/strong> page gives access to all workflow-related modules available to employees.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Workflows<\/strong> in the left navigation menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This opens the <strong>Workflow Operation<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>The page displays all modules related to workflow execution.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Open My Tasks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From the Workflow Operation page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udccb Select the <strong>My Tasks<\/strong> module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This opens the <strong>My Tasks<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll now see the same My Tasks overview that you can access from the Home Page (see above &#8220;<strong>My Tasks Page<\/strong>&#8220;, in <em>Access My Tasks from the Home Page<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example Workflow with a Task<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This section explains how a workflow can generate a task. In the training video we use the example workflow to show an example of a task in the My Tasks overview and Notifications pop-up window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How to start a Workflow as an employee:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udd0e On the <strong>Home Page<\/strong>, see the <strong>Headlight Workflows<\/strong> section on the right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udccb If your company administrator has set up Workflows that can be triggered manually by the employee, they will be listed in this overview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\ud83e\udde0 Follow the example shown in the video \u2014 do not start workflows yourself just as an example, only when you have an actual use case.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When the example workflow runs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A task is automatically created for the employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Headlight prompts the task on screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The task also appears in <strong>Notifications<\/strong> and the <strong>My Tasks<\/strong> overview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View Your Active Tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Return to <strong>My Tasks<\/strong> to review tasks awaiting your action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udccb Find the new task in the task list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each task shows:\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>workflow name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>task name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u23f1\ufe0f Time since the task started<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>current status<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click a task row to open it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complete a Task<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the task window:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udcdd Fill in all requested information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2b07\ufe0f Scroll down to review all questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 Click <strong>Submit<\/strong> to send your information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once submitted, Headlight closes the task automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 You now know how to find, review, and complete tasks assigned to you in Headlight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f Tasks can be accessed from the <strong>Home Page<\/strong>, through <strong>Notifications<\/strong>, or via the <strong>My Tasks<\/strong> overview.<br>Completing tasks keeps workflows moving and ensures required actions are handled on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Stay tuned for our next trainings on My Mobility &amp; My Assets (cars, cards, charging stations).<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2705 Learn how to find, review, and complete open tasks assigned to you in the Headlight app through Workflows.
