The user goes to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.headlight.tech\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/app.headlight.tech\" target=\"_blank\">app.headlight.tech<\/a>, and clicks &#8220;Sign in with Microsoft&#8221;. An account will automatically be created and initialize. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user will only be able to sign in with Microsoft if the connected email address is also connected to an employee in the Headlight system. Thus, the mobility responsible can update employee details with the professional email-address of the user, such that he or she can be identified on sign on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating an account by invitation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, a mobility responsible can directly invite a user by email. First, navigate to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.headlight.tech\/app\/company\/people\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/app.headlight.tech\/app\/company\/people\" target=\"_blank\">People<\/a>, and select the employee you would like to create an account for. Then, fill in the email address you want the user to be contacted with. Next to the email address, click the &#8220;add user&#8221; icon to invite the user. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls loop src=\"https:\/\/www.help.headlight.tech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Screen-Recording-2022-10-16-at-22.50.18.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The user will receive an invitation email with a username and temporary password.
