🖥️ Learn how to log into Headlight for the first time. Your company will decide a sign-in method using either Single-Sign-On (SSO) or a traditional password.
🚨 Begin by navigating to Headlight at https://app.headlight.tech/ in your browser.
Choose Your Login Option
You can log in with:
- 🔐 SSO (using only your company email), or
- 🔑 Password (using a temporary password you received)
Choose the method that applies to you. (Use the navigation links in the right panel of this page)
Single-Sign-On (SSO)
Log into Headlight using only your company email.
- Use the left side of the login page (if your company enabled SSO)
- 📧 Enter your company email
Example: first.lastname@company.com - ✅ Click Sign In
Use a Password
If your company does not use SSO, you’ll log in using a temporary password.
For Who?
You have received a temporary password and an invitation to log into Headlight.
- Use the right side of the login page
- 📧 Enter your work email
- Enter the temporary password you received
- Click Sign In
🚨 You’ll be asked to create a new password before logging in again.
After First Login
Once logged in, you’ll arrive on the Home Page — your starting point in Headlight.
When you login for the first time, you’ll see the Home Page. We’ll show you what the next steps are.
Assigned Vehicle
- 🚗 If your car is linked correctly to your account, you can see detailed information about your assigned vehicle, under ‘My Cars‘ lower right of the Home Page.
- Including picture, mileage, end date of contract, license plate, and more.
Need Help?
- At the top right of the Home Page, use the blue box ‘Need help?‘ for all your questions:
- Getting help from Lucy (AI Assistant),
- Using the Knowledge Base to find company policy information,
- The Knowledge Base includes an FAQ section.
- Contacting the Fleet Manager,
- Finding contact details for your relevant suppliers under ‘My Contacts‘.

Avatar Menu (Top Right)
- 👤 Click the Avatar icon to access your personal menu.
Future tutorials explain how to update your language, and review personal details.
Left Navigation Menu – My Mobility
- 📂 In My Mobility, select Cars & Assets to view your assigned car, fuel card, and other mobility items.
Settings
- ⚙️ In the left menu, open Settings to configure your email notification preferences.
