To only allow specific makes in the car configurator, we need to create a make filter.
To do so, access the configurator settings in the Car Budget menu.
We can configure restrictions on the available vehicles in the car configurator by creating filter sets.
Click “+” to create a new filter set.
Select the filter type: Make filter.
Give the filter a clear name and, optionally, a short description.
Next, select the vehicle makes you want to allow.
✅ Save when done!
That’s it! Your make filter is now created.

Vehicle model filter

To exclude or allow specific models in the car configurator, we need to create a model filter.
To do so, access the configurator settings in the Car Budget menu.
We can configure restrictions on the available vehicles in the car configurator by creating filter sets.
If we want to allow or exclude specific models, we can select all models in a make and deselect the ones we do not want.
Open the make overview to deselect unwanted models.
Repeat the process for all makes that are relevant in your car policy.
Don’t forget to give the filter a clear name.
✅ Save your filter at the bottom.
All done — your model filter to allow or exclude specific vehicle models is now created!

Motor-type filter

To only allow specific motor types in the car configurator, we need to create a model filter based on motor type.
To do so, access the configurator settings in the Car Budget menu.
We can configure restrictions on the available vehicles in the car configurator by creating filter sets.
Click “+” to start creating a new filter.
After naming the EV-only filter, check the motor type filter checkbox, and select the Electric motor type.
Note: You can also filter based on CO₂ emission, e.g. allowing only vehicles below 100 g/km.
✅ Save your changes. The filtering will be generated automatically once the filter set is saved.
Don’t forget to save the filter set at the bottom!
All done — your motor-type filter to restrict vehicle types in the configurator is now created.
