Access your Contacts via Home Page
Headlight highlights the most important help options on the Home Page.
This is the best place to find support information.
You have access to a help section straight from the Home Page, in the blue box ‘Need help?’ (top right)
💡 Let’s explore ‘My Contacts’.
Make sure you are logged into Headlight, to quickly access the Contacts section. Let’s explore how to find your suppliers through My contacts.
- Go to the Home Page.
- Select “My Contacts” in the help section (blue box top right) to get started.
- In the Contacts section, explore the available supplier contact cards relevant for your account.
- Click on any contact card to see the contact person, email address, or phone number.
The Contacts section will show the relevant suppliers for your account.
You will only see the car dealers for your brand of car, for example.
Contact Suppliers
Easily find the contact details for your suppliers in Headlight.
If you’re using the mobile app, you can even call the number directly.
- Just find the supplier you need from the list, read the contact card for the supplier.
- Find the contact person’s name
- Click the email link to get started with an email
- Or, use the phone number and make a call
Exploring Your Contacts
- Look through the examples in your Contacts list, such as a tire centre.
- Each contact card shows the business name, contact person, and contact details.
- View additional examples, like your leasing company.
🧠 If a contact is specific to your car, the license plate appears at the top right of the card. - Select any contact card to view more information or start communication.
Tip: The suppliers shown in My contacts are managed by your Fleet Manager or company administrator.
Reach out to them if updates or corrections are needed.
Finding Phone Numbers
- When a supplier phone number is available, it is shown on the contact card.
You can now call the supplier directly. - 📱 On the mobile app, select the phone number to place the call immediately.

✅ You’ve now learned how to locate your suppliers via My contacts, and contact them using email or phone.
Headlight only displays the dealer, leaser, or tire centre relevant to your assigned vehicle.
