Send Messages to Lucy or Fleet Manager
🧠 The mobile app lets you chat with Lucy or your Fleet Manager.
Find Conversations
- 🏠 Tap the Home icon (bottom left) from any page.
- 💬 In the top left corner of the Home Screen, click Messages.
Lucy
- Select Lucy in the conversation list.
- Write your question to our AI Assistant, Lucy.
- Ask Lucy questions about company policy, or your car.
- ✍️ Type your question and send it.
- Lucy replies based on your company’s policy and documentation.
Fleet Manager
- Return to the list of conversations.
- Tap the + button to start a new conversation.
- Click the ‘Type to search‘ field.
- Select the fleet manager from the list.
- Write a message to start your chat
