Headlight supports the automatic integration of Headlight employees and your HR system. Nonetheless, it is also possible to manually upload a dataset of employees.
Headlight provides a template for uploading employees, which you can find in the application under Resources > Imports. When you upload a file, the template will be downloadable in the dialog. The second tab of the template describes the columns that are required and what their meaning is.
Once you have a file available containing your employees, you can upload them in the Headlight platform under Resources > Imports
When importing, we will review whether the employee already exists in the system based on their client_employee_no. If the employee already exists, we will update their details where required. If the employee does not exist, a new one will be created.
