Getting Answers from Lucy
Lucy helps you quickly find Car Policy information tailored to your company. Instead of searching and having to read the full Knowledge Base yourself, you can have the AI assistant Lucy search the Knowledge Base and FAQ for you.
You have access to a help section straight from the Home Page, in the blue box ‘Need help?’ (top right)
💡 Let’s explore the AI Assistant Lucy.
Make sure you are logged into Headlight, to quickly access the chat with Lucy.
- Go to the Home Page.
- Select “Lucy” in the help section (blue box top right) to get started.
- You can find Lucy in the Conversations section. Your chat with Lucy will always be available on top, in your list of conversations with your contacts.
- Click on the chat with Lucy to open the conversation.
Once you are in the chat with Lucy in the Conversations section, you can ask Lucy as many questions as you want. Note: your conversations with Lucy are private.
- Type your question in the chat.
- Messages are private.
- Formatting is supported.
- You can add screenshots or attachments.
- 🚀 Send your message to receive an answer based on your company’s documentation.
Like any AI tool, you can fine tune the answer in a chat interface.
- If the answer isn’t clear enough, refine your question and send a follow-up.
- Lucy can consult more detailed policy information and—when possible—factor in your assigned vehicle or order status.
