📚 Learn how to access the Knowledge Base, and explore policy documents, specific to your company.


Knowledge Base

Headlight provides policy documents specific to your company.
You can access them directly from the Home Page under the Help section.

You have access to a help section straight from the Home Page, in the blue box ‘Need help?’ (top right)

💡 Let’s explore the Knowledge Base.

Make sure you are logged into Headlight, to quickly access the Knowledge Base.

  • Go to the Home Page.
  • Select “Knowledge base” in the help section (blue box top right) to get started.
  • In the Knowledge Base, select any of the available documents.

The Knowledge Base is structured in Categories, subcategories and articles. It’s easy to navigate to any section by selecting the categories and article titles.

  • All policy documents published by your employer appear in the Knowledge Base.
  • Select a category such as Car Policy (example) to browse related articles.
  • Choose a section (for example, Eligibility & Compliance).
  • Click an article title to read the full content.
  • 🧠 Examples shown in tutorials may differ from your actual company policies.
