🔎 Learn how to find frequently asked questions inside Headlight, specific to your company.


FAQ

The Knowledge Base includes a Frequently Asked Questions section.

You have access to a help section straight from the Home Page, in the blue box ‘Need help?’ (top right)

💡 Let’s explore the FAQ.

Make sure you are logged into Headlight, to quickly access the Knowledge Base.

  • Go to the Home Page.
  • Select “Knowledge base” in the help section (blue box top right) to get started.
  • In the Knowledge Base, select the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) top right on the screen.
  • Click on any question to access the FAQ, and view the matching answer.

Your Knowledge Base has a Frequently Asked Questions section to quickly find answers to common queries.

Once you are in the FAQ, you can keep exploring questions. You can navigate by opening and closing answers, or by clicking the FAQ breadcrumb link at the top of the screen.

  • Use the navigation options to return to the main Knowledge Base.
  • Open the FAQ section to read answers to common questions.
  • Click a question to expand the answer.
  • ⏰ New FAQs may be added over time.
  • 💡 If you still need help, you can ask Lucy, the AI assistant.

🧠 Be sure to keep most of your communication with the Fleet Manager inside Headlight, as this will help build the FAQ over time.
