Under Resources > Pool Cars > Bookings, you can find the current bookings of pool vehicles in a Gantt Chart style.
The orange bars represent pending bookings, while the dark blue bars represent confirmed bookings.
Updating a pool car booking
In order to update a pool car booking. Go the the bookings screen under Resources > Pool cars > Bookings, and click the bar representing the pool car booking you want to update. Edit the details as required.
Alternatively, you can use a Headlight operation in a workflow to update the booking.
Cancelling a pool car booking
In order to cancel a pool car booking. Go the the bookings screen under Resources > Pool cars > Bookings, and click the bar representing the pool car booking you want to cancel. At the top right of the dialog, a button appears that allows you to cancel the booking.
