Under Resources > Fleet > vehicle, you can use the toggle next to “is pool car” in order to assign the car to the pool, or dissociate it from the pool.
Adding a vehicle to the pool does not impact the current driver of the vehicle. You could, for instance, assign someone’s vehicle to the pool if you know their employment contract is ending soon, making it possible to book the car as a pool car.
After clicking the toggle, a dialog screen will ask you as of which date the vehicle should be added to the pool.
