Workflows: Configuring Reminders

Learn how to set up automated reminders for internal and external communications within a Workflow.


Select a Workflow

  1. Open the Workflow you want to configure reminders for.
    Example: New Company Car Order Approval Process.
  2. You can add this Workflow from templates.

Choose a Step to Configure

  1. Click a Form or Approval Workflow step.
  2. In the right panel, open the Type section.
  • Verify the step uses either Request info (form) or Request approval/signature.
  • Note: The “Notify” action type does not support reminders.

Configure Reminder Settings

  1. Open the Assignee section.
  2. Click the bell icon to open the reminder configuration window.
  3. Check “Remind the recipient after … days” and enter the number of days.
  • You can use decimal values (e.g., 0.5 = 12 hours).
  1. (Optional) Check “Keep reminding for _ times” to send multiple reminders.
  • Enter how many reminders you’d like to send.
  • Each reminder repeats after the same number of days.
  1. (Optional) Check “Alert the Fleet Manager” to notify management if the task remains pending.
  • If not enabled, these cases appear in your Stalled Workflows list.

Save the Configuration

  1. Click OK to confirm your reminder setup.
  2. Don’t forget to save your Workflow to apply changes.
