Headlight allows clients to configure Workflows that require input from third parties. Commonly, suppliers are involved on processes such as car ordering processes, energy card requests, etc.
When a Workflow is configured to request input from a third party, the third party will receive a notification by email. This can look like this:
When the third party clicks “Go to form”, they will be led to a webpage where they can add the required input, such as multiple-choice responses, files, dates, or freeform responses.
Clients have the ability to fully customize these types of forms and the questions that they contain. This allows them to request information form suppliers or other external parties in a structured and efficient way.
