Learn how to upload and edit Frequently Asked Questions in Headlight.
1. Adding a New FAQ
The FAQ section lets you collect and manage common driver questions.
Steps:
- Click the large “+” button (top right) to add a new FAQ.
- Enter your Question.
- Write or paste your Answer — you can reuse responses from previous driver emails.
- Click ADD to save.
💡 Tip: Headlight will show a green pop-up confirmation when the FAQ saves correctly.
2. Reading and Reviewing FAQs
- All FAQs are listed together.
- Click any Question to open and read its Answer.
3. Editing FAQs
- Click the Pencil icon to edit.
- Update the Question or Answer as needed.
- Click SAVE to confirm your edits.
